An aged rhum agricole from Neisson, produced in Martinique from fresh sugar cane juice and matured in French oak barrels.
It is certified organic and shows deep amber colour, with aromas of vanilla, dried fruit, sweet spices, toasted wood and a lightly balsamic note. On the palate it balances velvety softness with vibrant freshness, expressing the mineral intensity of cane grown in Martinique's tropical climate.
Best enjoyed neat or over ice, and it also accompanies dark chocolate desserts or spicy Creole dishes.
