Neisson V.Agricole Profil 105 is an agricole rum from Martinique, produced by Neisson. It is known for a unique distillation process and carefully controlled maturation.
On the nose there are notes of ripe tropical fruit, sweet spices and toasted wood from ageing in selected oak barrels. On the palate it is robust and structured, with flavours of fresh sugar cane, vanilla, nutmeg and a hint of chocolate, finishing with a long, pleasantly persistent caramel note.
It can be enjoyed neat or in sophisticated cocktails.
