Nelson's Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey (75cl, 45.5%)

Nelson's Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey is a handmade sour mash whiskey from Nashville, Tennessee, in a 75cl bottle at 45.5% ABV. It follows an original recipe from the 1800s created by Charles Nelson, revived by his great-great-great grandsons. The spirit is mellowed through sugar maple charcoal using the Lincoln County Process, and the mash bill is corn, wheat and malted barley. The nose is warm, with caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and baked apple. The palate brings brown sugar, cinnamon roll, caramel-dipped apples and a hint of cocoa, followed by a long finish of Gala apple, black cherry and spice.
