A red wine from Tormaresca expressing Negroamaro within the Puglia IGT denomination. Ruby in colour, it shows aromas of red and black fruits, with light spicy notes and a slightly herbaceous hint; the olfactory profile is clean and direct.
On the palate it is medium-bodied, with balanced tannins and freshness carrying the sip, closing on a savoury, pleasant finish. It suits Mediterranean dishes such as cured meats, grilled meat, tomato-based sauces and medium-aged cheeses, and can be served around 16-18 °C.
