A fresh, lively rosé from BpuntoIO with a bright pink colour. The nose shows fresh strawberries and cherries, delicate floral notes and a subtle mineral thread. The palate is slender yet full, with bright acidity supporting the fruit and a pleasant softness without heaviness. It is balanced and clean, with a dry finish of good persistence and fruity echoes. It suits seafood starters, savoury salads, light first courses and grilled fish, as well as informal pairings such as lightly cured cold cuts or fresh pizza, and is best served well chilled around 10-12 C.
