Never Say Die Mind Whiskey (70cl, 52.5%)

Never Say Die Mind Whiskey is a Kentucky rye in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 105 proof, or 52.5% ABV. The mash bill is 56% rye, 33% corn and 11% malted barley. The corn adds a rounded sweetness, while the rye gives the whiskey its spice and structure. The nose brings cracked pepper, toasted oak and caramelised sugar. On the palate come baking spice and dark honey with vanilla and citrus peel, leading to a warm, lingering finish.
