New England Barrel Company 3 Year Old is a single barrel bourbon, barrel number 50, aged three years in charred new American oak. It is bottled at cask strength, 59.82% ABV, without chill-filtration, in a 750ml bottle.
The bottler is based in Seabrook, New Hampshire, and selects barrels to bottle as they came from the cask.
The nose is inviting. The palate shows vanilla, caramel, baking spice and oak, and the finish is long and drawn out.
