New England Barrel Company Small Batch Bourbon (75cl, 44.5%)

New England Barrel Company Small Batch is a straight bourbon aged for at least three years, blended and bottled non-chill filtered in Dover, New Hampshire, in a 75cl-style 750ml bottle. Founder James Saunders blends sourced whiskey from Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana, including stock from Green River Distilling in Owensboro, Kentucky. The nose brings vanilla bean, sugarcane and toasted nuts. The palate is sweet and full, with cream, brown sugar, caramel and baking spice. The finish is peppery and medium-long, with lingering honey.
