Graveyard Candy is a seven-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon from New Louisville Barrel House, the single barrel programme of PCS Distilling Company, the makers of NULU Whiskeys. It is bottled at 132 proof (66% abv) in a 75cl bottle.
The programme uses handpicked barrels earmarked for private labels. This one comes with seasonal artwork made for the Halloween period.
On the nose it is caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, brown sugar and cinnamon, with a candy sweetness and hints of dark fruit. The palate is bold and warming, with caramelised sugar, vanilla, oak spice and baking spice, plus a touch of candy corn sweetness.
