New Louisville Merry ChristMerica Christmas Edition 7 Year Bourbon (75cl, 63.9%)

This is a seven-year-old straight bourbon from New Louisville Barrel House, bottled at 63.9% ABV (127.8 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It is a Christmas edition with artwork that combines festive imagery with an Americana theme, showing a patriotic winter scene. It is a straight bourbon without any flavouring or special finish, so the character comes from seven years in oak: caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, toasted oak, baking spice and dark fruit. On the nose it shows caramel, vanilla bean, brown sugar and toasted oak.
