It comes from barrel C499, bottled uncut and unfiltered at a cask strength of 64.2% in a 75cl bottle. West Coast Toast is the name of the barrel selection, not a toasted finish.
The mash bill is reported as 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley.
The nose is caramel, toasted oak and dark cherry. The palate is chewy, with toffee, vanilla bean, cinnamon and leather, and the finish is very long and warming, with oak spice and brown sugar.
