This is a Kentucky bourbon from New Riff Distillery, a family-owned distillery founded in 2014 by the Kentucky retailer Ken Lewis. It is bottled in bond at 100 proof, in a 75cl bottle.
The mashbill is 65% corn, 30% rye and 5% malted barley. New Riff has committed itself to the Bottled in Bond standard exclusively, and the whiskey is not chill-filtered.
