New Riff Bottled in Bond is a Kentucky sour mash rye whiskey from New Riff Distillery, which was founded in 2014. It is bottled in bond and is not chill-filtered.
The mashbill is 95% rye and 5% malted rye. The family-owned distillery has committed itself exclusively to the bottled in bond standard, set out in the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897.
The rye is described as intensely aromatic and spicy.
