New Riff Bottled In Bond Straight Rye is the core rye whiskey from New Riff Distilling. It is bottled in bond under America's 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act and is not chill-filtered.
The mashbill is 95% rye and 5% malted rye. The whiskey is aged for four years in full-size 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels, and is made with the full sour mash Kentucky regimen.
It is full-bodied, with a notably spicy character.
