New Riff 'Sherry Finish' is a Kentucky straight malted rye whiskey from New Riff Distilling, in a 750ml bottle. It is bottled at barrel proof, meaning full strength and uncut.
A malty rye base is finished in sherry casks. The malted rye recipe gives a softer rye profile than traditional high-rye bourbons, and some natural variation between batches is to be expected.
Dried fruit, spice and subtle oak are the flavours it is known for.
