New Riff Distilling Sour Mash Cask Strength is a single malt whiskey from Kentucky, both distilled and bottled in the state, in a 750ml bottle.
It is a sour mash expression bottled at cask strength, without dilution, so the whiskey reaches the glass at full flavour intensity.
Its character is described as bold, with rich notes of caramel, oak and spice.
