New Riff Single Barrel Barrel Proof Bourbon

New Riff Single Barrel Barrel Proof is a Kentucky bourbon from New Riff Distilling, drawn from individual barrels. Each barrel is tasted and approved by the distillery's production panel. The bourbon is unfiltered and a deep amber in colour. The nose opens with butterscotch rounding into fresh oak, with hints of vanilla and rye spice. The palate is broad and full, moving to a sweeter vanilla note before rye spices of clove, cinnamon, mint and dark berry gather. The finish is long and led by rye, with brambly red and black fruits among white pepper and clove.
