New Riff – Sour Mash Kentucky Single Malt Whiskey (75cl)

This is a Kentucky single malt whiskey from New Riff, combining malted barley with the sour mash technique associated with Kentucky. It is made from up to six different mash bills, among them Maris Otter, Golden Promise, Chevallier heirloom malted barley and Scottish peated barley malt, plus barleywine-style and Belgian quadrupel-style mashes. The spirit was distilled in a column beer still and doubler, then matured slowly in a variety of cask types. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
