New Riff Sour Mash Single Malt comes from the New Riff Distilling Company in Kentucky, in a 750ml bottle. It is made with a sour mash process and a mash bill built mainly on malted barley, and it was matured in new charred oak barrels.
On the palate there is caramel and vanilla, with dark fruit and a little spice. The finish is warm, with a lingering sweetness.
