A full-bodied, soft gin distilled in Nikka's Coffey stills, with a silky texture. Its aromatic complexity comes from traditional gin botanicals plus Japanese citrus fruits, apple and Sansho pepper. It is made from Coffey still grain distillate (maize base) and Coffey still malt distillate, using eleven botanicals: juniper, angelica, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel, yuzu, kabosu, amanatsu, shikuwasa, apple and Sansho pepper.
Tasting Notes
Fragrant. Lime, juniper, orange blossom, coconut, pepper.
Full-bodied. Aromatic plants, citrus fruits, ripe light fruits, spices.
Refreshing. Liquorice stick, green tea.
