Nikka Coffey Malt Japanese Whisky (75cl)

Nikka Coffey Malt is a Japanese whisky in a 75cl bottle, made at the Miyagikyo Distillery in Sendai. It is distilled in the distillery's Coffey still from a mash of malted barley. In effect it is a single malt recipe run through a column still rather than a pot still. The still is otherwise used for grain whisky, which the distillery makes for blending. Nikka was founded in 1940 by Masataka Taketsuru. This expression is known for its buttery biscuit flavours.
