Nikka Coffey Vodka (70cl)

Nikka Coffey Vodka is produced by the Japanese distillery Nikka, known for its whisky. It is distilled in a Coffey column still and made mainly from maize and malted barley. The column distillation accentuates the natural sweetness of the raw materials, giving a vodka of exceptional softness and character. It is crystal clear and pure. On the nose there are light, refined citrus and white fruit notes with a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate it is soft and velvety, with a slightly sweet entry that leads to a clean, fresh, almost mineral finish. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a refined base for cocktails.
