Nikka – Days Blended Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Nikka Days is a Japanese blended whisky from Nikka, made to be drunk regularly rather than saved for occasions. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The blend is built around Coffey grain whisky, with non-peated Miyagikyo malts adding aroma, and small amounts of Coffey malt and Yoichi malt for sweetness and body. In the glass it is described as fruity and floral, with light tropical fruit and gentle sweetness on the nose. The palate is very silky, and the finish keeps a little fruit and light sweetness.
