Nikka – Days (70cl, 40%)

Nikka Days is a Japanese blended whisky from the Nikka distillery, which Masataka Taketsuru founded in 1934. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is matured in oak casks, some of which also held sherry. It is typically described as having ripe fruit, toasted grain and a light floral touch on the nose, followed by sweet malt, dried fruit, vanilla and caramel on the palate.
