Nikka Miyagikyo Aromatic Yeast is an unpeated Japanese single malt, following the Miyagikyo Single Malt Peated launched in 2021. It is made with yeasts that encourage delicately fruity aromas and flavours during fermentation.
The whisky is built on a deeply malty foundation. As it unfolds, floral, rich and fruity notes follow one another, each blending into the next.
