Super is a Japanese blended whisky from Nikka, in a 70cl bottle. It has been on the market since 1962 and is one of the historic names of the Japanese house.
It is made with a high proportion of good-quality malted barley and matured in sherry casks. The colour is light amber with an orange tinge.
The nose offers cooked fruit and spice, with touches of cocoa and vanilla. The palate is soft yet powerful, with spicy notes returning, and it leads to a long, satisfying finish.
