Nikka Tailored is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle. It combines three whiskies: Yoichi, with fairly peaty aromas, soft Miyagikyo, and a Coffey still whisky. The blend is matured for 12 years in wooden casks, then reduced with pure, light water. The nose has ripe yellow fruit, wildflower honey and dark chocolate. The palate is soft and velvety, with fruity notes and a slight touch of peat. The finish is very persistent and mostly vanilla.
