Yoichi 'Aromatic Yeast' is a limited edition single malt from Nikka's Yoichi distillery in Japan, released in 2022 in a 70cl bottle. It is an unpeated whisky, which is unusual for a distillery whose signature style is maritime peat. Part of the whisky is made from a batch with an estery aroma reminiscent of ginjo sake.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
