Nikka Yoichi Single Malt is a Japanese single malt whisky from the Yoichi distillery, which Masataka Taketsuru founded in 1934. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit is distilled in stills heated directly by coal, then matured in casks.
The nose is woody, with cedar and vanilla. On the palate the peat comes through, lifted by orange peel and honey.
