Nine Banded Small Batch Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Nine Banded Small Batch is an American whiskey blended and bottled by hand in Dripping Springs, Texas, at 45% (90 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It combines a three year old Kentucky bourbon with a corn and rye whiskey, aged in charred American oak and married with limestone filtered spring water from the Texas Hill Country. The brand launched in 2014 and takes its name from the nine banded armadillo. In the glass it is light golden amber. The nose is soft and sweet, with Cracker Jack, caramel corn and a peanut note. The palate brings popcorn, cola and red licorice, and the finish is long and balanced.
