Nizza Crivelletto DOCG - Cossetti Clemente

A red wine from Cossetti Clemente, vinified in stainless steel with manual punching down for ten days, then run off into 500-litre oak barrels where alcoholic fermentation slowly completes. Malolactic fermentation is induced and the wine ages in wood for at least a year before a single gentle filtration and bottling. It shows a bright ruby red colour that takes on garnet tones with time. The nose brings delicate red berry fruits and plum, with vanilla and spicy notes in the background. Full-bodied, with a rich tannic structure, yet soft and balanced. It suits important meat dishes, game and aged cheeses, and can be enjoyed as a meditation wine outside meals.
