Nizza DOCG Barbera Pomorosso - Coppo

A Barbera from Coppo, carrying the Nizza DOCG name and a recognisable territorial imprint. It is made for direct expression of the grape, with concentration that invites closer attention. Ripe red fruits, light spicy notes and a floral hint appear on the nose, while the palate shows the typical Barbera acidity, well-harmonised tannins and a persistence that invites another sip. It suits cured meats, meat dishes, savoury pasta and medium-aged cheeses, and is best served slightly cooler than room temperature.
