Noah's Mill Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 57.1%)

Noah's Mill is a small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon from the Willett Distillery in Bardstown, bottled at 57.15% in a 75cl bottle. It is blended from select barrels and bottled without chill filtration. The nose is typically described as toasted walnuts, prunes, vanilla and warm oak. The palate is rich and full, with dark chocolate, caramel, cinnamon and clove over a malty grain core. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice and dried fruit.
