Noah's Mill is a Kentucky bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 57.15% ABV.
The strength gives it a rich, vigorous profile, with a powerful but balanced structure and a warming feel on the palate.
The nose is spicy and sweet, with vanilla, caramel and toasted wood, plus hints of nuts and chocolate. On the palate come honey, nutmeg and a little blackcurrant-style dark fruit. The finish is long, with tobacco and sweet spices.
