Noah's Mill Cask Strength Bourbon (57.1%)

Noah's Mill Cask Strength is a Kentucky bourbon made in Bardstown by Willett Distillery and marketed under the Kentucky Bourbon Distillers name. It is bottled unfiltered at 114.3 proof, or 57.15% ABV, with no age statement, although earlier releases carried an age of 15 years. The nose opens with peanut dust, old wood and corn husk, then golden raisins, apricot, toffee and caramel. The palate is creamy and bold, with raisin, walnut, jammy dark fruit and spicy rye. The finish is long and warm, with chocolate, caramel and oak spice.
