Noah's Mill Cask Strength Small Batch Bourbon (75cl, 57.1%)

Noah's Mill Cask Strength is a small batch Kentucky bourbon at 114.3 proof, or 57.15% abv, in a 750ml bottle. Willett Distillery produces the brand. It was first released with a 15 year age statement. That statement has since been dropped, and the bourbon is now believed to be a blend of whiskey aged from four to 20 years. It has a medium honey brown colour. The nose shows cinnamon and allspice, with vanilla, yeast and seasoned oak beneath. The palate opens with cinnamon, mint and allspice alongside seasoned oak, toasted pecan and burned sugar, then softens to cream and caramel. The finish is medium and slightly dry, with oak, pecan, cream, mint and black currant.
