Noah's Mill Small Batch is a Kentucky bourbon made at Willett Distillery in Bardstown and bottled at barrel strength, 57.15% ABV, in a 750ml bottle without dilution.
It is drawn mainly from the distillery's oldest available stocks, aged between six and seven years in new charred American oak. The mashbill is 72% corn, 13% rye and 15% malted barley, run through copper pot stills.
The nose is nutty, led by roasted walnut, with stewed prunes, dried fruit and a floral lavender note. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with brown sugar, tobacco leaf, charred oak and baking spice. The finish is long and spicy, with cinnamon, burnt caramel and toasted oak.
