Noah's Mill Small Batch Kentucky Bourbon (75cl, 57.1%)

Noah's Mill Small Batch is a Kentucky bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 57.15% ABV. It was once a marriage of mature bourbons from several sources. It is now made entirely at Willett Distillery in Bardstown, from the distillery's oldest stocks. The mash bill is 72% corn, 13% rye and 15% barley, and the whiskies in the marriage are between six and seven years old. The corn gives creaminess, with the rye adding spice. The flavours are described as sweet cinnamon, herbaceous spice, charred oak and rich vanilla, in a bold, powerful style.
