Nobushi is a Japanese whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is described as soft in the mouth, with a layered flavour built around vanilla and caramel. On the nose there are ripe fruit and sweet spice, with malt and light wood behind them. Chocolate and a gentle peppery note join the palate, and the finish is long and enveloping.
