Nocino Benvenuti (70cl)

A traditional Italian liqueur from the Benvenuti distillery, made by macerating green walnuts and aged to add complexity and softness. It has a deep amber colour. The nose offers walnut, vanilla and spice, with wood, coffee and chocolate in the background. On the palate it is balanced, with moderate sweetness alongside natural astringency, and a long, pleasantly bitter finish.
