Nocino Faled Riserva (70cl, 40%)

Nocino Faled Riserva is an Italian walnut liqueur made following an old family recipe. It is matured for an extended time, giving it marked amber colour and depth of flavour. The nose offers walnut, coffee and subtle cinnamon and vanilla notes. On the palate it is smooth but powerful, balancing the natural sweetness of walnuts with light astringency. The finish is warm and enveloping, with spicy and woody notes. Traditionally served cold as a digestif, it can also add character to cocktails.
