A walnut liqueur from Il Mallo, made by an artisan method with green walnuts hand-picked around San Giovanni and macerated for months in pure alcohol with selected spices. It has a dark, intense colour with brown to amber reflections. The nose offers fresh walnut, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon and clove. On the palate it is velvety and rich, with a balance of sweetness and bitterness and a persistent finish.
