Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth

Noilly Prat Extra Dry is a French dry vermouth built on the house's Original Dry recipe. It starts with white wines, a selection of which is aged outdoors in oak casks, open to the natural elements. An aromatic blend of herbs and spices from around the world is then used to infuse the wines gently. The botanicals are added by hand and stirred by hand every day for three weeks. It is made in the port of Marseillan on the Mediterranean coast, where Noilly Prat has produced vermouth since 1813, and it suits a classic dry Martini.
