Noilly Prat Rouge Sweet Vermouth (75cl, 16%)

Noilly Prat Rouge is a sweet French vermouth, bottled at 16% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is the red expression from the house. The recipe uses 27 herbs and spices from around the world, among them Spanish sweet orange, Sri Lankan cinnamon, Ecuadorian cinchona bark, and cloves and cocoa beans from Madagascar. Together they bring together citrus, warm spice, bitter bark and cocoa in a layered aperitif. Noilly Prat suggests serving it with charcuterie or alongside a chocolate dessert. It suits sipping as well as classic mixed drinks.
