Nomad Outland (70cl)

Nomad Outland is a blended Scotch whisky made from more than 30 malts from Speyside and the Highlands, aged between 5 and 8 years. Maturation begins in Scotland and ends in Spain, where the whisky spends 12 months in Pedro Ximenez casks in the Gonzalez Byass cellars at Jerez de la Frontera, rather than in casks shipped over from Jerez. The nose has malt and wood with sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry notes. The palate is soft, with a slightly savoury start, then raisin and honey. The finish is long, with vanilla and dried fruit.
