A 20 year old single grain whisky from the North British distillery, bottled by Drám Mór at 54.9% in a 70cl bottle.
It was distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2025 from a single refill bourbon barrel, which yielded 184 bottles.
The nose has chewy caramel toffee, vanilla pod and gentle white pepper, with the first signs of oak. On the palate the toffee turns to creme anglaise with a hint of nutmeg, alongside candied orange peel, lemon and honey. The finish is gentle, with warming, delicate spice.
