North British – 34 Year Old 1991 Signatory Cask Strength (52.9%)

This is a 34 year old single grain Scotch whisky from North British, bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection. It was distilled in 1991 and matured in a single refill Oloroso sherry butt. Bottled in January 2026 at a natural cask strength of 52.9% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour, it yielded 442 numbered bottles. The sherry butt is said to add dried fruits, toasted nuts, polished oak, soft spice and a little chocolate, alongside the creamy vanilla and sweet cereal character of the grain spirit.
