North Star Cameronbridge 31 Year Old is a single grain distilled at Cameronbridge in 1992. It matured for 31 years in a refill red wine barrique and was bottled by North Star in April 2024, in a release of 179 bottles.
The nose offers pine resin, varnished wood and fresh rain. On the palate come banana skin, Greek yoghurt and honey, and the finish recalls peanut butter on hot toast.
