A collaboration between North Star Spirits and Whisky Punks, this is a 7 year old Highland single malt from Teaninich, released to support Accord Hospice. It was distilled in February 2018 and bottled in February 2025, from a sherry cask. Only 90 bottles were filled, at 58.7%, with natural colour and no chill filtration.
The nose is sherried, with cherries, toffee, redcurrants and gingerbread. The palate has a sherried kick with cinnamon, ginger, stone fruit and cake, over a backbone of Highland malt. The finish is medium, with dark toffee, gingerbread and warming spice.
