Novasalus Elisir (75cl, 16%)

An intensely aromatic liqueur made with a selection of officinal herbs. It has a dark, penetrating colour and evokes resin, pine wood and damp earth. On the palate it balances intense bitterness with a subtle sweetness, leading to a long, persistent finish. At 16% ABV, it suits serving slightly chilled as a digestif or as an ingredient in cocktails. It is a sensory journey through Mediterranean herbal tradition.
